Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The room was large, well-decorated, and had luxurious bedding. Sitting in the courtyard with a drink after a busy day was a great way to unwind. the hotel provided two bottles of water for our car when we left.

Although the breakfast had a good selection and attention to detail, there were a few things I missed. having a kettle in the room would have been convenient for tea drinkers like me.

We were kinda surprised by the fine rooms with high ceilings and the enormous, well-appointed bathroom with massage showers. The quirky charm of the old palace added to the overall experience. The staff were fantastic and greeted us with a cava upon check-in.

We had a fantastic stay at a charming boutique hotel with excellent service. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the concierge went above and beyond to help us secure bullfighting tickets. The hotel restaurant was a pleasant surprise, serving fabulous food. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to all the places we wanted to visit. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed with super comfy pillows. it was a great experience for us as guests with families.

Felt like a second home, no complaints.

the service was outstanding and the room advantages were impressive. the Spa & wellness centre provided us with great relaxation, especially the indoor swimming pool was impressive. the massage was exceptional and made our stay even more special. the sun terrace and garden area were perfect for relaxing after a busy day. the restaurant was outstanding; we enjoyed both the in-room breakfast and the delicious snack bar.

It was not well maintained as expected.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were great - courteous, efficient, helpful, and friendly. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a beautiful building, two courtyards, a rooftop terrace with a plunge pool and bar. The location was perfect - near enough to the sights but quiet, nestled in between the streets and a super close walk to the center and monuments. The breakfast was delicious, and we loved the fact that there was an outdoor area with a bar, an upstairs pool, and a gym for our use. the hotel provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The hotel is located on a quiet street in a safe neighborhood, ensuring a peaceful stay. Within a 15-minute walk, you can explore the vibrant cobbled streets and immerse yourself in the local culture. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with ample storage and comfortable amenities such as a hair dryer. The staff is friendly, providing excellent service and helpful recommendations for restaurants.

Some rooms may have a slightly overlooked view, which may compromise privacy.

This hotel was an impeccable, luxurious experience. the Spa & wellness centre was perfect, with a sauna, indoor and outdoor swimming pool and a full body massage. the sun terrace and garden area were peaceful. the exclusive amenities in the room, exceptional restaurant, in-room breakfast, and bar/lounge area, provided us with perfect privacy and comfort.

Our only minor issue was with the location of the hotel. It was a little far from the main sites of the city, although it was still possible to walk to them.
